Why do products get returned to sellers?
There are many reasons, and a fault is rarely one of them: the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong model, the packaging was damaged in transit, or it's a display unit. Very often, what's inside is a fully functional, perfectly good product.
How we check every item
Before a product goes on sale, we verify its condition and describe it in detail on the product page — including photos of any flaws. We don't sell "blind."
What do the condition labels mean?
Packaging damage — fully functional, marks on the box.
Signs of use — returned item, minor wear, works fine.
Flaw / Defect — possible fault, described in detail; lower price.
Your safety
You get 14 days to return without giving a reason (right of withdrawal →) as well as the option to file a complaint (returns and complaints →).
What to look out for
Always read the condition description on the product page and compare the price with the RRP. If the condition is clear and the price difference is big — that's a good deal.
