Returns and Complaints

At BMP Outlet, we want you to feel completely secure when making purchases.

§ A. Product Returns (Withdrawal from Contract – 14 Days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, under the terms specified in the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights.

Key Information:

  • Please inform us of your withdrawal from the contract within 14 days – by email to: bmpgroup.eu@gmail.com.
  • The returned goods should be sent to the warehouse address: Sosnowiec, ul. Stanisława Mikołajczyka 23a.
  • The refund of the paid price will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, subject to the provisions of the Act.
  • The direct costs of returning the goods (shipping costs) are borne by the Buyer.

The reduced price resulting from the nature of outlet goods does not limit or exclude the statutory right to withdraw from the contract.

§ B. Complaint (Product Defect or Damage During Delivery)

If the purchased goods have a physical defect not disclosed before the conclusion of the contract, or if the goods were damaged during transport, you have the right to file a complaint based on the provisions regarding warranty for defects.

Complaint Procedure:

  • Please send an email to bmpgroup.eu@gmail.com with the subject: "Complaint + order number".
  • In the body of the message, describe the detected defect or damage and attach photographic documentation.
  • Please state your complaint request: repair, product replacement, price reduction, or refund of the paid price.

The complaint will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. If the complaint is deemed valid, all costs associated with its implementation will be covered by the Seller.

§ C. Circumstances Not Constituting Grounds for Complaint

If a product defect was explicitly indicated and described in the sales offer before the Buyer made the purchase, it does not constitute grounds for filing a complaint under the warranty for defects – in accordance with Article 557 § 1 of the Civil Code.

Hidden defects, not disclosed in the description before the conclusion of the contract, are subject to complaint under general rules.

§ D. Product Damage Occurring During Delivery

If damage to the shipment is found upon receipt, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Drawing up a damage report in the presence of the courier/delivery person.
  • Taking photographic documentation of the outer packaging and contents of the shipment.
  • Immediate contact with our Customer Service Department – contact details provided in § E below.
